Garner-Afleck Buy House Worth $16 Million
A new baby is only about 1.5 square feet, butJennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are preparing for the birth of their second child by purchasing a $16 million house in the Brentwood neighborhood of L.A., California. The house includes 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, 6 fireplaces, a brick wine cellar, a library and a 3-car garage. Its a 9900 square foot house . The house also has a large lawn, seating area and a deck with a built in barbe cue. The couples will be having Toby Maquire as their new neighbour.
The actress is pregnant with Ben's second baby and is believed to be 5 months pregnant and really happy about it.
